General

All Game Access content is in English.

Game Access Conference '23 will take place on the 2nd and 3rd of June at the Brno Exhibition Center, Hall P, in the Czech Republic.

The schedule is still being finalised. There is a lot of content that we have yet to confirm. You can expect to see it in the weeks leading up to the conference.

Game Access always takes place on Friday and Saturday, roughly from 9AM to 6PM. The parties usually start around 8PM. The opening party starts on Thursday, that is 01.06.2023.

Venue

Yes. You'll be able to store your belongings at the reception of the Conference.

Hall P is a wholly non smoking area. However, there is plenty of nice seating space and ashtrays right by the entrance to the venue.

By entering the event you consent to appearing in photograhps and videos taken by us, the press or other attendees.

Yes, but only on your phone. Professional camera equipment and sustained long-term recording are limited to the Press and our Staff.

Passes

A physical Pass is called a badge. Badges are identification cards on a lanyard that help our staff, and other attendees, identify who you are, along with your role as a speaker, student, press, organizer etc. They also contain personal information, such as your company's name and your position.

Your badge will be waiting for you either at the Thursday welcome party (If you've bought the Standard or Premium Pass), or at the reception of the event itself, at the Brno Exhibition Centre. Badges cannot be mailed or picked up earlier. However, the reception will be open during the whole event, so you don't have to rush to in to pick yours up in the early morning.

Student Passes can only be purchased by full-time students. After your purchase, our Staff will contact you and ask you for either a scan of your student's card, or a letter of confirmation from your educational institution.

Failure to provide this verification will lead to the cancellation of your ticket.
