Making right (and sometimes hard) decisions with AB testing

As a data analyst with over 6 years of experience in F2P mobile game development, I have seen firsthand the importance and value of AB testing. In this lecture, I will share insights from running extensive AB tests on our games, including some dos and don'ts for effective testing. Attendees will learn not only how to leverage data-driven decision making to drive player engagement and monetization, but also how to course-correct when their assumptions are proven incorrect.
